DataPlus 3.0 Peachtree Push Configuration

PROGRAM: DataPlus for Peachtree - Contact Push
What you need prior to push.
  1. ACT! user permission - "Misc Permissions" in Permissions Manager
  2. Client Peachtree Component installed

Default Push Permissions
  1. ACT! Administrator
    - Create Customer, Vendor, Employee
    - Edit Customer, Vendor
  2. ACT! Non Administrator
    - Edit Customer, Vendor

Custom Push Permissions
  1. ACT! Non Administrator
    - Create Customer, Vendor, Employee
    - Edit Customer, Vendor,
  2. ACT! Custom Fields
    - Custom fields related with contact creation must have Field Security = "Full Access"


DataPlus 3.0 Contact Push Configuration (Edit Contact)

  1. In ACT!
  2. Tools/DataPlus 3.0
Push to Peachtree
  1. In ACT!
  2. Tools/DataPlus 3.0/Push to Peachtree

    Peachtree Company Directory
    1. Click on

    Choose Peachtree Company
    1. Browse to the Peachtree Directory Path
    2. Click OK

    Push to Peachtree
    1. Click Push

    DataPlus 3.0 Contact Push Configuration (Create Contact)
    ACT!
    1. In ACT!
    2. Tools/DataPlus 3.0
    Push to Peachtree
    1. In ACT!
    2. Tools/DataPlus 3.0/Push to Peachtree

      Push to Peachtree
      1. Click Customer or Vendor, Employee
      2. All fields preceeded with * are mandatory fields
      3. Fields populated in window will update Peachtree & ACT!
      4. Click Push

      Note:

        "Customer Number", "Vendor Number", or "Employee Number" fields cannot exceed 20 characters
