  1. From Act Toolbar
  2. Tools/Sage100/Configure Sage 100 Push
    Sage 100 Connection Settings
    TAB - Connection

    Company Settings

  1. Company Code: ABC
  2. User: user
  3. Password: userpassword

    Server

  4. Remote Server: servername or ip
  5. Port: 8000
  6. Click on Test Connection
  7. Click on Customer Mapping Tab
    Configure Contact Push
    TAB - Customer Mapping

    Mandatory Fields

  1. Customer No: eCustomerID
  2. Division No: eCustomerID
  3. Salesperson No: Salesperson No

    Common Fields

  4. Name: Company
  5. Primary Contact Code: eContactID
  6. Contact Name: Contact
  7. Address 1: Address 1
  8. Address 2: Address 2
  9. City: City
  10. State: State
  11. Zip Code: Zip Code
  12. Country Code: Country

  13. Click on OK
  14. Exit Act and reopen (or go to next step for managing permissions)
      Permissions Manager
    1. Ensure that S100 Contact Push is Checked to allow Act user type to be able to push
    2. Exit Act and reopen

    DataPlus Push Configuration - Sales Order
      Configure Sales Order Push Enable Push
    1. Check Sales Order Push Enabled
    2. Check Disable Company Selection (if you are only using 1 Sage company)
    3. Uncheck Disable Company Selection (if you are using more than 1 Sage company)

    If this check box is checked, the customer number will increase the length to 20 characters.
    You will need to increase the width of Act fields to accommodate the custom field length. Company Level: Customer No, eCustomerID, eLocationID. Contact Level: Customer No, eCustomerID, eLocationID, Contact No, eContactID.
