Open Act!
    Manage Smart Tasks

    Sample Simple Letter

  1. Choose Manage Smart Tasks...
    Manage Smart Tasks
  1. Click on New Smart Task
    New Smart Task
  1. Smart Task Name dpTasks Simple Letter
  2. Description (optional): Sample Simple Letter
  3. Record Type: Contact
  4. Trigger: Run manually only
  5. Click on OK
    dpTasks Simple Letter
  1. Click Click here to add a step
    dpTasks Simple Letter
  1. Click on Mail Merge Action
    Mail Merge Wizard
  1. Click Next >
    Mail Merge Wizard
  1. Click Word processor
  2. Click Next >
    Mail Merge Wizard
  1. Click Browse...
  2. Browse and choose your letter template
  3. Click Next >
    Mail Merge Wizard
  1. Choose Current contact
  2. Click Next >
    Mail Merge Wizard
  1. Click on Finish

  1. Click on Close
    Run Smart Task
  1. Click Schedule
  2. Choose Run Smart Task
