Determine Act version
1. From the tool bar menu in Act
2. Click on Help
3. Click on About Act!...
4. First line will show version Act! Premium Version 17.2.217.0
5. If you need to send the version in email, simply take mouse and highlight the full version line
6. Copy the line
7. Paste in email

Determine Act Serial Key
8. From the tool bar menu in Act
9. Click on Help
10. Click on About Act!...
11. In the middle of page: Serial Number #####-#####-#####-##### (image has number greyed out)
12. If you need to send the serial number in email, simply take mouse and highlight the number
13. Copy the line
14. Paste in email
15. You license count is also available at: Number of Licenses: #
