What do you need? Program Installed: DataPlus 3.0 Client Program Installed: Sage ACT! Premium 2010 or 2009 (with latest update) ACT! does not have to be open DataPlus 3.0 - QuickAccess Start QuickAccess From Windows Start Browse to: Start/Programs/Hogan Data/DataPlus 3.0/QuickAccess/QuickAccess EA QuickAccess Loaded On load, QuickAccess Notice will appear QuickAccess Menu User Preferences Quick Login Manual Login QuickAccess Menu ACT! Database: DefaultConfig ACT! User Name: ActUserName ACT! Password: ActPassword Check to "Remember Credentials" Click on Okay QuickAccess Search Contact Search ACT! Contact Name Company Search ACT! Company Name QuickAccess Search Contact Contact Search ACT! Contact Name Click on Enter Key Search Contact Results Dan Taylor exists in ACT! Contact Search ACT! Contact Name Click on Enter Key Search Contact Results Dan Taylor is not in e-automate but exists in ACT! Click on Action Click on Push To e-automate Push Contact Click on Contact Click on Next Push Contact Click on Review Creation to review contact data Click on Create Contact will be created in e-automate Push Contact Contact successfully created Associate Contact Click on Create to associate contact with e-automate company Company Search Results Click on Company to associate contact Click on Select Associate Company Confirm Click on Confirm to associate contact Click on Yes Click on OK IMPORTANT: This exercise was performed with ACT! closed on the local machine.
